A Home Inspector in Northwest Arkansas
Bringing You Peace of Mind
Every year, home inspectors conduct thousands of inspections in Northwest Arkansas.
From Bentonville to Fayetteville, and Springdale up to Bella Vista, our area is rapidly growing. New homes are always under construction. And there’s plenty of interest in all the established homes changing hands.
If it’s your time for an inspection, you want to know that the job will be done right. You want someone to do a thorough inspection, without any shortcuts. Someone who will provide you with valuable information to help make that buying decision.
I want to be that someone.
As a Certified Professional Inspector© trained by InterNACHI© (the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), I have the training and knowledge to spot problems with materials, installation, and workmanship that other inspectors might miss.
I am dedicated to educating myself and do far more than the minimal training the state requires each year. In fact, I serve on the education committee of the Arkansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors and help plan our yearly training that’s attended by inspectors from all over the state.
My inspection process follows a comprehensive Standards of Practice, which ensures that you receive a detailed and accurate home inspection. I also abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts your interests first and protects your rights as a consumer.
I offer the following types of inspections:
✔ Standard Home Inspection
✔ New Construction Home Inspection
✔ Builder’s Warranty Inspection
✔ Annual Home Maintenance Inspection
✔ Pre-Drywall Phase Inspection
✔ Radon Testing
Each of those inspections has its own unique objective and purpose. I’m happy to talk with you about any of them.
Here's what you can expect if you hire me:
● an inspection performed using the latest tools and technology
● a digital report customized with detailed notes about every aspect of the home (emailed to you within 36 hours)
● high-resolution digital photos (and videos, if applicable)
● general information about the house
● an invitation to join me for a walk thru at the end of the inspection appointment
My commitment to customers is that not only will I provide you with a thorough, detailed, and professional report, but I will take the time to answer your questions and help you understand everything in it. My job isn’t finished until all of your questions have been answered.
Real estate transactions can be very stressful. The last thing you want to do is spend money on a property that may cost you even more money down the line because of things you didn’t know.
I know because it happened to me. You can read the story of what prompted me to become a home inspector and start my own business.
Your goal is to get valuable information that can provide you with peace of mind in whatever decision you make. I would be honored to be the one to help you.
