When you use Alpha & Omega Inspections to investigate a residential property, you can rest assured that you are getting a high-quality inspection that will be thorough and detailed.
As a state-licensed #1925 and InterNACHI© Certified Professional Inspector©, I’ve been trained to use the latest tools and technology to systematically inspect the full structure of the house from the foundation to the roof. This includes systems and components both inside and outside the home.
I follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice in doing home evaluations. You can read about them here.
I will inspect all of the following, when visible and accessible:
However, I encourage you to join me for a walk-thru at the end of the inspection. This will allow me to explain my findings, describe my process, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions.
After the inspection, I will compile my findings in an easy-to-read digital report. It will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution digital photos of any issues discovered. The notes will specify whether issues are major and need to be addressed, or if an issue is something minor. If it’s minor, I will not make it seem bigger than it is.
The report will be emailed to you within 36 hours of the inspection. My job isn’t finished until you understand everything in it.
